Recently Outlook 2000 started freezing whenever I browsed
the calendar or attempted to make a new entry. It has
spread to the point where it freezes whenever Outlook
goes into the background. It doesn't produce an immediate
error, it just goes to a white screen and says "not
responding." I have Windows XP fully patched and I
installed the Office patches (including SP-3). I used a
utility to clean the pst file and it found no errors. I
checked the error log and it pointed to outllib.dll so I
deleted and reinstalled that file but it still did not
correct the issue. Any suggestions?
