Here's my situation. I have an exchange mailbox which only three people have
full access to it. There are no delegates associated to this account.
Problem is, the person that owns this account claims that her e-mail is
mysteriously being read without this person doing it herself. I know for a
fact that the preview pane is not enabled and she says it happens on
occasion. I need to find out how this happening by first seeing if there are
time stamps associated with internal or external e-mails when being read.
Are there any tools or applications I can use to determine if there's another
person that has access to this particular mailbox? I know I can simply
remove the access to see if that takes care of it, but these people are my
admins and of course I take these kinds of things serious and need to do my
due diligence in this matter. The system we're using is Exchange 2003 with
Outlook 2003 with all the services packs applied.
Thank you
