I have a user with Outlook 2003 attaching to Exchange 2000. Periodically when
internal/inhouse email is sent to her she does not receive it until a few
hours or days later. I have recreated her profile and updated fixes/patches
for Outlook. I have tested and all seems OK when I'm on site. This only
happens sometimes. I have tried everything I can think of. All other users
don't experience this problem.
