me
I have a user in Spain trying to run an MS Access application.
He cannot start the application because of a run time error.
I have established that the references path is not correct,
It should be
"c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\vba\vba6\"
But it is
"c:\Archivos de Programas\microsoft office\office10\" Yes
I have the same problem with a user in Face (using the French path
instead of English)
Both users have Win 2K and XP pro but have installed their own local
versions. the other 80 customers use English settings and the
application works fine.
The users are unable to access the references dialog box because their
use the runtime version
Anyone know of a way to either get there installation to recognise the
local reference path or is there a programming solution to detect the
installed local and use the correct reference path..
Many thanks
Mark
