internationalization in Outlook 2002

I'm running XP Pro with Office 2002 and have 2 questions about
internationalization... 1 specific to Outlook, the other about Office in
general:

1. In Outlook, is there a way to set the font for the message list?
International (Unicode) characters show in the message itself, but when I'm
looking at the top half above the preview pane, any double byte characters
show up as 2 characters of garbage

2. Is there any way to set Spellcheck to use 2 different dictionaries at
once? for example, Spanish and English... it's a pain to switch between
them, especially when sometimes I use words from both languages in the same
message (my fiancée is bilingual and I'm trying to be too)

Thanks!
