internet connection disrupted

I have Wanadoo as my ISP
I have tried to download some MS Office updates, but after about 7 minutes
my inernet connection gets shut down, how can I override this problem?

1. Turn off your anti-virus software temporarily during download.
2. make sure you have double the disk space for temp files.

Also, check with your ISP to determine if they have a policy of disconnect
after a period of inactivity {downloading can appear to your ISP monitor as
non-activity}. If so, you may be interested in www.langa.com item 2 in the
