Internet connection not recognized

It seems that front page 2003 (I have been using 2000). Cannot acces my internet connection (DSL). In other words I have not been able to update the program with downloads, and can't post new pages on my website. However, my internet browsing, e-mail etc. works just fine through earthlink. I am stumped

and then try to open http://yourweb.com ??
