Internet Explorer 6 - web pages contain blurry text

I've just noticed in the last few months that some of the text in the web
pages I use is blurred. I am on a network and do not have an internet
accelerator program for this connection. When I right click over the text
and choose to refresh page with full quality to make everything on the page
clearer, nothing changes. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Not an Office problem - try posting to a group for your operating system.

I am using IE 6 and Windows XP, both of which are Microsoft products. I have
been searching Microsoft for help and haven't found any. Would some one
direct me to the correct "group," please?
