Internet Explorer and Windows related questions - whom to ask ?

I find this site very useful. I stumbled upon it ver accidently. I am very
excited for having got answers to many of my questions. I find that nearly 90
% of the users of Excel and Word and Ourlook are 'shallow' users and do not
make efforts to get the full 'juice' of these products.
I also have questions about Internet Explorer and Windoes and general
computer related matters. Are any such sites available. Pl excuse for asking
'out of track' question. But what I can do ? I have nobody to answer these
questions near me.

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx has a lot of
groups listed, plus there's a link to an alpha list of MS groups.
