Several ideas come to mind:
1. scan your fax page into a graphics file and attach
that to an email,
2. Since you came to a Front Page newgroup: use Front
Page to create a web page of what you want to fax, post
it to the internet and send an email letting the
recipient know the URL. Not overly efficient but
posssible.
3. You specifically say no phone LINE. Could you use a
cell phone?
Any more help would require you to describe your setup in
more detail including why you are unable to have a phone
line (eg, you are in prison).
