Internet Fax Service in Office 2003, howto implement?

Hi

We have developed similar services to Venali, meaning sending email messages to fax with tiff attachment
I have been searching for a while now, howto enable the "Send To\Recipient using Internet Fax Service
to our services, and I cannot find any place of a howto or available SDK or so

Could you please give me some information of how to do this
