When I click on an internet link in an e-mail message, it
does not launch a window nor open the page that the link
points to. The message that I get is "This operation has
been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I'm the only user of this computer so there is no where
else to go.
This problem started when I removed the Earthlink
Internet Provider program from my system.
My internet still works with my current internet
provided - just inside Outlook.
