Internet Unsage Details

I am using Windows Professional SP2 and Internet Explorer 6
I want to know the log of internet usage with following information
Time Logged on to Internet : From Time -> To Time
Total volume of download in terms of MB
I want this information to cross verify with the MTNL Mumbai (our internet
service provider) billing details.
