Intesrting a file into a form

I designed a form and want to attach a file. There is no
option for that under the Insert command. Any ideas?

Sounds like you removed the message/notes control. Drag it from the Field
Chooser back onto your form.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
