Introduce option to "Save as .EPS" and "Save as .PS" for graphs i.

It is very disappointing to note that MS Office Visio 2003 Pro does NOT have
support to save drawings into two "EXTREMELY IMPORTANT" '.eps' and '.ps'
file formats of extensive use in the scientific academia. All publications
are il LaTeX and the manuscripts must be in PS. In order to generate PS
manuscripts and articles from LaTeX, one needs to load graphs essentially in
'.eps' format.

Both formats are essentials:
".eps" stands for Encapsulated Postscript, while ".ps" is for Postscript.

Without this feature the MS Visio programs are not useful for graphing in
the academia and research facilities.

I have Visio 2000 when it was not yet absorbed by Miscosoft. And it is
interesting that this old version has all "Save" options including to save
drawings in '.eps' and '.ps'. How may not a much more evoluted program as MS
Visio 2003 have this fundamental feature? So far I am still forced to use the
old Visio 2000 and the Xfig utility from Linux until MS Visio 2003 comes with
this standard.

I cannot convince my collegues to use MS Visio 2003 Pro unless this feature
is available.
Please rush to to create an update to add saving programs as .eps and .ps
I hope to see this soon!
Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I strongly agree. I've had to hack a complex solution that converts WMF
(which Visio can produce) into EPS.
