Allen Browne has an excellent intro to AC2007! Goto the link below and scroll
wayyyyyyyyyy down to the section headed "Upgrading." He lists what's new,
what's gone, what good, what's bad, etc!

....which is, like, TOTALLY letting the kid loose in the candy shop! <g>

I mean, bravo to Jeff and all... but do they really know what they are
letting themselves in for in Redmond!? I can see it all now... Jeff becomes
a local legend on the campus:

"Listen, whatever you do, if you value your time and your life, DON'T talk
to that new guy about Access!"

"Yeah, I heard his program manager stopped by to chat about some new feature
in Access, and 36 hours later he was seen running across the lawn screaming
'Make it stop!!!'..."

Cheers!
Fred

P.S. I've heard rumours about initiation rites, but exactly what *is* the
penalty for trying to leave the MVP gang?

Thanks for the answers. I typed yes to all the answers but somehow they
didn't all take. Is there a book publsihed by M press? The reason I ask is
that I can get that in one day, being here in Israel,

Dennis, I have no trace of an idea what questions you were answering. You're
responding to a somewhat off-topic post of mine congratulating Jeff on his new
job. There were no "answers" in my post, and the previous posts had links to
hundreds of resources.

Could you explain what you meant?

Very true Fred, very true.

Let's not exaggerate Fred, it was only 35 hours.

So many things I could say......so many.....but that's under NDA.
