Invalid argument (Error 3001) in MS-Access 97 on Windows 2000

Since upgrading to Windows 2000, we've been seeing some
minor problems in our MS-Access 97 applications.

The "Invalid argument" message is the most common one. It
pops up at various times, even when simply clicking from
one field to another on a form. Usually, you just click
OK, and go about your business. Sometimes, it will also
prompt to save changes to the clipboard.

Some users have noticed data disappearing from drop-down
lists. They have to exit, then get back in.

Maybe this is not related, just a fluke, but, I once got a
message that "Microsoft Access couldn't close
database 'UTILITY.'".

Thanks much for any assistance.
