Invalid Argument Error when importing .csv to Linked Table

I have linked a table to an Oracle 10G database. I'm attemping to import
(via the Import Wizard) a .csv file to that linked table , but receive an
"Invalid Argument" error.

The .csv is small - 100 records, 2 fields (9 bytes & 50 bytes) and the
Access database has only the local and the linked table in it. I can import
the .csv to a local table without issue.

I'm using Access 2003 (sp3). The user on the ODBC connection has insert
authority on the table. (Actually has delete, update, select, and insert
authority)

Is there a way to see more details about the error to find out what is going
wrong? (Error number, what SQL statements are being created?) Am I trying
to do something that isn't allowed?

Appreciate any suggestions.
