"Invalid attribute/option identifier" error.

I have a database in Access 2003. It worked fine until I moved it to a
server. I use ODBC and a C++ front end to connect to it. I can view the data
in the database fine, but when my interface tries to update the database I
get the error message:
"Invalid attribute/option identifier".

Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix it?
