Invalid CD Key

Product: Microsoft Office 2000 Professional
Using: Win98
Problem Application: WORD
Other Applications: No Problems with EXCEL, ACCESS,
POWERPOINT.

Error Message: Microsoft Word 2000 Setup, "This is an
invalid CD Key Value"

Called Microsoft Customer Service: Attempted 2 new
Product Keys; Office 2000 and WORD; Both failed. Transfer
to NT Customer Service Rep = est wait time 1 hour. Rep
suggested posting question on newsgroup and await response
within 24 hours.

Any suggestions?

You said you have Office 2000 Professional, Microsoft Word 2000, is a part
of that suite. Why are you doing a different setup of Word when its already
a part of Office 2000? Or talking about Product Key or Registration? Have
you installed this copy of Word 2000 before, its possible to find the
original product key in the Office Setup temp files directory?
