Spanishlang.add in:will it work on 2003

I was asked by a thrid party to purchase a digital certificate, without
really wanting it, and never received the digital certificate to install. As
a result of entering the digital security certificate button, now Outlook
states it can't send my new emails because I have no digital certificates to
my email addy, and provides a Invalid Digital Certificate Error message. IT
states in the content to get a digital id or click tools, options, security
tab "get a digital ID, or use the Accounts button to send an email with
accounts u have a digital certificate for, and beneath it two options appear
to select : "get a digital id" or Cancel. If I cancel the email will not be
sent. So I am forced to select get a digital id button, Then the security
properties window appears, I must DE-select Encrypt message contents and
attachments to send every email now. It's time consuming and unsafe. I have
tried everything to erridicate this issue with no success. Hope some one can
help? Thank you for your assistance. have gone into the security setting
trying to cancel needing a digital id, but the system will not let me. As
a workaround, for each new email, a window appears saying "GET A Digital
Certificate or click Cancel. I click cancel then it takes me to the security
window, then I must select " , and I have to check off "dont encrypt emails"
as a work around for EACH new email as a work-around.
