Invalid e-mail address's

I have a e-mail folder with 1200 address in it. I have to do a mailing for work with these address's. I send out about 60 at a time. I can't even get through the "A's" and my server stops and tells me that one of address's is not valid. Is there a way to check all of these to see if they are good or not
