Invalid Page Fault in GDIPLUS

Every time I try and start Visio 2002, Standard I get
VISIO caused an invalid page fault in module GDIPLUS.DLL at 017f:00455af9

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, also tried to load SR-1 and that insists VISIO is not on my PC. Norton has not found a virus, help!
