Invalid Parameter message after modifying a task

I have been using Outlook 2003 professional for a while, Just recently while
in Outlook 2003, I can change text in a task and close the box allowing it to
save. After that, I close Outoook and I receive this message:

One or more parameter value are not valid

How do I resolve this?
