invalid product key

Hey i am having problems with my key says its invalid and
i shut my virus protection down and it still doesnt work
can anyone help me in my problem been dealing between
microsoft and compaq and noone wants to help with out
payin and i already payed for this POS and i want it to
work thanks for your help
