my laptop comes with a preinstalled version of ms word. i installed ms office
xp. all my other programs like excel and access worked but whenever i open ms
word, a window will prompt me for my product key. when i key in my product
key for ms office xp, it is invalid. i cant uninstall the preinstalled copy
of ms word in my laptop. what can i do now? i can't use ms word at all.
