Hi Shadow,
There are a couple of reasons for this one. One is that the setup.exe file being used is the wrong one. Try double clicking on the
Setup program on the Office CD itself (or on the Office network installation source) to see if that works.

Every time I try to uninstall/Run/or re install office i keep getting the
following message Invalid win32 application. its getting really annoying
please help i have loked everywhere for help on this. Im on a networked pc
