Inventory ordering and receiving record

Hi Folks,
I'm setting up an Excel system in myworkplace that will record ordering of
inventory activities and the receiving of those items. It needs to easily
show orders still not received by a daily review, and be capable of monthly
expenditure reports.

I currently use a physical card index system, and wish to computerise the
system using Excel.

Any suggestionsof appropriate templates for this purpose is greatly
appreciated.
