be loaned out to different departments on a regular
basis.I would like to use Access to create a system where
the person responsible for the supply room,uses a barcode
scanner,scans a piece of equipment when it is returned or
comes in.When the equipment is loaned out it is scanned
and logged as out, also which department has borrowed
it,along with the date and time. I am currently useing an
Approach Database,and will eventually convert to Access.
Can you suggest a solution or an off the shelf program
that can do this.The simpliar the better as the people who
will be doing the scanning are not that familiar with
computers.
