Investment to date

I would like to have 2 bar chart in my chart. 1. One bar
chart should
indicate the total investment for that year.
2. The second bar chart should indicate the total
investment to date
For instance, year 1992 was invested $2,500, Year 1993 was
invested
$1,500 and year 1994 was invested $500

Bar chart 2 should indicate for year 1993 $4,000 and for
year 1994
$4,500
How can this be done?
