Invisible items in sent folder

Chuck Stringer

Hello,

I have a user with an odd problem. Using Outlook 2000, if
she goes to her sent items folder, It shows at the bottom
that she has over 8000 messages in the folder, but the
folder appears to be completely empty. The iems must be
there, though, because the Exchange server shows the
folder to contain ~126MB of data. We're running Exchange
5.5 and all mail is kept on the server.

TIA,

Chuck

are there any subfolders for the send items folder? Click on the plus next
to the folder to expand it. Also check your "View" settings it might be set
to only display the "Unread" mails

Hope this helped!
