Invisible menu options

hi, I searched back a few pages but could not see any
previous posts on this topic,

now the problem I have is the popup menu in the workspace
area have invisible menu options, the sub menus still
work tho.

so does the service pack fix this? or is there a reg
setting that I can set the colour of the menu items??

resetting the menus doesn't seem to help.

visio pro 2002 running on xp.
