There is a rule that is running in my outlook that I can't see (modify,
delete, etc.) The rule identifies an email sent to a particular address (a
distribution list) and moves it to a client folder. The first problem I
noticed is that the client folder started receiving two copies of the moved
message. By un-checking the rule (and later removing it) I now only get one
copy. Regardless, there is now an "invisible" rule "hiding" somewhere.
Has anyone seen this behavior before?
To eliminate this I suspect I need to eliminate/reset the rule to a default
empty state (i.e., start over). Does anyone know how this can be done?
