Invisible Vertical Scroll Bar

When viewing a new message, the vertical bar is not
visible to scroll down to see the rest of the message. Is
there a place to turn the scroll bars on and off in
Outlook 2000/2002?

No, it should pop-up automatically. Try maximizing the window rightclicking
the message in the Taskbar and choose Maximize.
