Invite multiple people to attend their choice of one of multiplemeetings

Hi,

Any suggestions on how I can do this in Outlook:

I have to interview 200 people in our company. I have 1 hour booking
slots to fill. I would like to send a message to people saying choose
one meeting slot that suits you and then once they have chosen it block
it out so that others can't choose the slot but can see the remaining
options.

I guess this is complicated but maybe someone has an answers or knows of
some add-in?

Are you using Exchange server? Tell them to send meeting requests for their
preferred time slot, if it's already taken they'll see it on your free busy.

Diane,

Thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping there was an easier way
especially as the last 50 or so people may spend a lot of time looking
for the available empty slots if they can't see the slots that are
already filled all at once, or the ones that are still empty all at
once. Or am I misunderstanding your suggestion?

You got it right - I would probably send them in groups and assign each
group a time period to pick from to reduce the need to search over a large
number of dates.
