This is happening to one person in Outlook 2000 and one person in Outlook 2003. (and probably more we don't know of)
They create a new meeting. Whether they type in the invitees names in the To: box, or go to the scheduling tab and enter the name there, the names don't resolve till they click Check Names, or press Ctrl-K. Till the name is resolved, the free times shows as No Information.
Funny thing is, when typing a normal e-mail, the names resolve fine. Only happens in calendar.
We've tried the /cleanfreebusy and /safe switches. The resolve/complete names checkboxes are checked. I'm not sure what else?
Thanks,
Pete
