invoice outline with number consequtive pattern

I need a blank invoice that can be written on by hand which is easy enough to
do, however it needs to have a consequtive invoice number at the top and
print two copies for each number. So I could say print 50 invoices 2 copies
for each and the invoice numbers would all match.
