Invoice. xlt help

In Excel 2000 I have loaded the Invoice spreadsheet from
the install CD. This displays a form upon loading. I
need to view how the form is created, adjusted for screen
sizes and resolutions, and loaded automatically. The
system requires a password to do this.

How do find the password or override this?
