Is there a database that will show me a list of jobs carried out over the
week/month and then add them to an invoice to submit to the customer.

I don't know whether you installed them or not, but there are a number of
templates that come with Access. Additional ones are available at
Microsoft's site:

Use one of them to get a start and build on the idea. If you run into
