I can build a URL link to an email message with message item EntryID
prefixed with 'outlook:'. When I invoke this link, the corresponding email
message will be displayed in a mail message inspector window.
If the link is not valid, the entryid doesn't correspond to any email
message in the message store, outlook 2000 and XP displays an error message
saying 'Unable to display the selected folder or item'.
However, in outlook 2003, the dialog doesn't show up. Even worse, outlook
process won't go down after application exits.
Assuming this is an defect in outlook 2003, is there a bug report on this?
