iPaq came with Outlook 2002. Use office 2003 instead?

I recently purchased an iPaq 3115. Outlook 2002 was included in the
software. There seems to be a problem with the software and I really can't
use Outlook 2002. I would like to get Office 2003. Does anyone know if this
will be compatible with the handheld? Will I still be able to sync?

Last time I checked, iPaq's used ActiveSync and ActiveSync is happy with
Outlook 98 thru 2003. The only thing you might notice is that Outlook 2003
refuses to close if the iPaq is left in the cradle and on.
