I receive and can read doc and docx on my iPhone wihtout problem. EXCEPT for when an attachment is sent from Entourage. Attachments from Entourage come up as invalid file format on the iPhone.
Excel files are fine. TXTs are fine. PDFs are fine.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried changing encoding methods in Entourage. I've changed fonts. I've sent from various accounts within Entourage. I've sent from multiple machines. I've sent from new user account on my system.
Apple's Mail.app sends them just fine.
Anyone seen and fixed this problem?
