Apple has made it really easy to erase contacts as it is between itunes and
the iphone. I am using Entourage 2008 with MS exchange service. I am now
looking into how Entourage will respond to newly added contacts on my iphone
with. What overrides what, and what is the best way to make sure everything
lines up and does not get erased. What is the best way to organize contacts?

Sync issues between my iPhone, Exchange account and Entourage are
practically nil for me. I would say that so far my experience has been
flawless.

If you're using Exchange Server 2007 along with the Entourage Web
Services Edition then you'll be pleased to find that pictures you add to
your iPhone contacts actually sync to the Exchange Server and then to
Entourage (one way only, unfortunately). You'll see the photos not only
appear in the contact records in Entourage, but also in received
messages. A nice little feature.

Hope this helps!
