iphone sync with outlook calendar 2007

I have synced my iphone with my outlook 2007 contacts and calendar. I can see
all the contacts in outlook but I can't see the events in the outlook
calendar - however I know the events have been downloaded from my iphone as
it reminds about events. Can any one advise me how I can see the events in
the outlook calendar?
