IPOD type background & Navigation

I am trying to simulate an ipod navigation ie...a topic list with the carrot
(">") justified right of the topic. upon the click or selection of the topic,
the next slide has a slide left to right transition.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to do this?

PPT newbie

After you have drawn the objects to simulate an ipod

you need to right click one of the objects and choose "action settings"

from the menu that pops up you can choose what to do when some one clicks
your object... e.g.
