Iris Catastrophic Falilure

When I start downloading for the first time after I start Outlook 2003 I
get an error box that sayes Iris Catastrophic Falilure 6 times. The
test of the message says,

Could not initilize CLR
File or assembly name Iris.Mapi.Message store, or one of it dependences
was not found.

Does any one have any idea on how to stop this.
I ran a repair from the Office Cd.

Iris is BCM. Are you using RTM or a beta build of outlook and business
contact manager?

I thought I have removed it but the beta is still installed. Now it
does not want to uninstall.

Do you have office 2003 RTM installed and the beta of BCM?

I have the same problem when I open outlook 2003 I get the same error and have to keep closing till it goes away. I also cannot get business manager to install.

Iris is the beta name for the Business Contact Manager. Do you still have
any beta code on this machine?
