IRM or restricted permission in Word 2003

On my file Menu, there is no Permission item. Pl help.

Have you installed Windows Rights Management on your computer?per Help file
(IRM) "Introducing IRM - paragraph entitled "Windows Rights Management
client".
There is other information relating to IRM in the help file also.
