Hi everyone
I have a user who is experiencing a problem opening mail attachments inside
of other mails. (i.e a mail attached as a mail)
He can open the parent mail object but when he tries to open the attachment
he gets a notification prompting him to join the the Microsoft trial IRM
(Information rights Management) service.
He obviously doesnt want to do this but if he select "No, I do not want to
use this service from Microsoft" he gets an error that says "Cannot use this
feature without credentials" All other attachments etc are fine.
This happens no matter who sends a mail attachment to him. (They are not
sent with IRM protection)
He had the IRM feature installed for some reason which he removed on my
instructions (From Add/Remove Programs)
Im not sure what else to try.
