Irritating Event Sounds

PatC!

When I am doing Find and Replace in Word 2007, there is a horrible sound that
announces the task is complete. How do I turn this off. I have already gone
to options and turned off the "Provide feedback with sound", but this noise
continues!!!

Any suggestions?!?!
