Irritating FP2002 quirk

OK, see if you follow me here...

I'm editing hyperlinks that point to e-mail addresses. I right-click on an
existing link and select hyperlink properties. I leave the e-mail address
alone and only add a couple words to the existing text in the subject box.
However, when I click OK (or hit enter) the new text I added to the subject
box disappears. It doesn't happen everytime...but enough to drive me nuts.
I'm forced to verify every hyperlink I change which slows the workflow down
bigtime.

Anyone seen this?

I haven't seen this, but it seems as if a reasonable workaround would be to
make the change in the html code directly. Then you could see for yourself
that it was correct before you went on to another one.

Catherine,
Unfortunately, I've got 300 pages to build based on 1 existing page.
Editing the source code directly would work...but be even slower than what
I'm doing now.

Thanks.

Edit Search (for your html link string)
Edit Replace (the corrected one)
Select the in html and all pages options
